I would not have ordered the item if I had known it was to be sourced from Greece and derlivred by DHL. The first attempt at delivery failed because there was nobody home thus I had to have recourse to the website which was inaccurate and any attempt to speak to a human being was fruitless. Ultimately delivery was achieved via a complaints department which acknowledged my chosen delivery point on the website had yet to be activated!
The item itself is of lesser quality than one of a different colour from John Lewis which I rceived as a present,
