This t-shirt is a nice linen-cotton mix and although slightly rough on the skin it is still comfortable. The material is breathable enough considering there is more cotton in the mix than linen. It is fairly heavy but is woven in a way that it is sheer and allows air to pass through the material. However due to the material being fairly thick I am not convinced it will feel cool on very warm days unless there is a good breeze.
Unfortunately, the nice material is let down by the fit. It is described as regular fit but I am a 40 inch chest and found the medium to be far too fitted. It is definitely more like a slim fit in that is fits close to the body. The sizing varied between colours. The blue was shorter than the beige in medium and had to be returned for that reason. I also returned the beige as it was too fitted.
The colour of both the blue and beige is better than I have found in similar Linen-mix t-shirts from Gap and for that reason I would recommend these if they fit well. The beige is a bit darker than the photos suggest, but the colour seems to suit the unfinished and less neat hems / sleeve ends better than the blue. The beige was such a nice colour I bought it in large. I am hoping it will shrink a bit as it is far too loose for someone who usually takes a medium but in this t-shirt I seem to be between sizes.
Lastly, Amazon is letting the prices fluctuate on some clothing items by a ridiculous amount which is problematic if you by one size and then want to return it and get another. I don't kow if Sisley is an Amazon brand, but the same thing used to happen with an Amazon brand called "GoodThreads". The price on this Sisley t-shirt fluctuated from £6.45 for the medium size which was my first purchase. Then I couldn't try the large because it had gone up to over £20. It then came down to £7.34 when I bought it. At the time of writing this review it is back up to £26.46. Silly changes in price. Overall if you get these at a good price they are worth the money.
