I've always rated Velochampion gloves, i've got a couple of pairs of their gloves for warmer temperatures. These are the first pair bought for Winter though. Again, not disappointed, they are great gloves. Went for a ride while it was 2 degrees at the weekend and these were perfect. Very comfortable and no cold fingers! Because they're quite thick the touch screen part doesn't work too well but it does work if you press hard enough. To be honest, as with most long fingered cycling gloves, you're better off just taking your hand out of the glove if you want to use your mobile.
100% recommend for anyone wanting some cold weather gloves for anything up to about 8 degrees. Above that then you'll probably be ok with some thinner ones.
