While the product is comfortable, easy to fit and relatively well made, it has some serious oversights which make it unusable for me using the Xbox Series X controller.
Firstly, the fit is quite poor on the top/back of the controller where the USB cable plugs in. Note how there are no images of it on the Amazon product listing. Coincidence? What do I mean by a poor fit? While there are cut-outs for the USB port and the controller sync button, these cut-outs usually end up sitting on top of the sync button and somewhat over the USB port. Sure, it's easy enough to move the silicon case out of the way when you need to plug in a USB cable, and there isn't quite enough weight to trigger the sync button on its own, but this is very clearly a design flaw and needs to be fixed.
Secondly, as has been mentioned in other reviews, the left analog stick actually rubs against the thick silicone cover when pressed up/forward. This causes the stick to not register as a full movement most of the time and, to give you an example, in some cases you'll end up walking instead of running. Extremely annoying. This is, ironically, made worse when using one of the included thumb stick covers because it makes the thumb stick even "thicker" and hits the cover much sooner.
Perhaps the biggest flaw, imo, is that what I assume are for structural reasons, a good deal of silicone actually covers the battery compartment. To this end, if you use standard rechargeable AA batteries like I do, it is very awkward to pop the battery compartment off and on again.
This is a simple product with what should be simple design goals, and it's disappointing to see such significant flaws. I will be throwing this in the bin but keeping the thumb stick covers. Expensive thumb stick covers, after all that, but it's something I guess?

Be prepared to shell out more for better thumb grips should you purchase this item. It's not worth £12 for just the skin alone.
Comes in a little ziplock bag with a six month warranty offer if you follow them on social media and post a public picture of the item. I hate promotions like that.
