This is a great choice for steam punk/victorian event. Note that it isn’t a warm jacket but rather thin (which will be perfect for indoor party).
I bought size L which is a bit bigger than my measurements (I wear size 38-40) and it fits great - maybe a bit too loose over the waist, but the lacing is adjustable. Very happy with the buy!
