Me gustan mucho los relojes divers y este Invicta era un objetivo que conseguir. El reloj es muy bonito, grande y la cadena en dos tonos de acero queda muy bien. El problema es la luminosidad,es bastante pobre y dura muy poco tiempo. En la foto se aprecia lo poco que se ve comparándolo con otro diver.

Its very big an heavy if you like that like I do. The problem is it doesn't keep a charge so daily your going to have to fix the time. What can you expect for $100. Me personally I prefer a quarts. I bought an automatic accidentally but I can live with it.

1st off, this Invicta Grand Diver packs Seiko's nh35a Automatic Movement inside the casing, for those who didn't know. That's a really good workhorse movement! Will last for many years.

My original purchase of this model came with a slight haze under the mineral crystal. You could see light greasy, circular swirl marks when under direct sunlight. Moisture obviously got into the casing somehow? Not the seller, or Amazons fault, just a manufacturer issue with that particular watch. So I clicked on exchange, they emailed me a return label to send it back within 20 days, and the seller over night shipped me the new replacement with an apology. Quick and painless! But with the replacement under examination, it had a couple of small differences from the original, which struck me as odd 🤔. The original one didn't have the "Japan Movt" branding underneath the 6 o'clock marker, but the new replacement does. Also, the Invicta Wings logo underneath the 12 o'clock marker was slightly different between the two, using your eagle eyes, and the sweeping seconds hand on the replacement, was ever so slightly smaller than the original one that I'm returning. I uploaded a side by side picture so you folks could see what I'm speaking of.

Now to the details of the watch > This watch has a very, very solid stainless steel bracelet! It has a buckle down clasp to secure the bracelet. Screw down case back. And a screw down crown. Those 3 things just mentioned, usually ONLY come together in higher end watches, $500 + pricetags. You get all of that with this watch, making it a very secure, divers specifications watch! Some may ask, "what's so important about that?". Well, when it comes to water resistance and security, the screw down case backs and crowns doesn't get any better than that for superior water/moisture protection! Plus with the added buckle clasp bracelet, there will be no accidental popping off of the bracelet while swimming or diving, and losing your watch. It's amazing you get those 3 important features with a $100 watch! That just puts this Invicta Grand Diver up there to compete with other diver watches well into the thousands of dollar costing watches! Another cool feature you don't see too often, this model has a yellow fly wheel under the case back! Usually companies put the standard silver steel wheel, but again, it's yellow on the Invicta 3045. That gives it a more sporty look with the blue bezel and blue dial on this watch. It just makes it feel more ocean sailing, sea boat captain, nautical light house feel to it! I just absolutely LOVE that combination 🌊🎣⚓️⛵️🏝🏖 (sorry for the emojis) 😂 I just had to express that feeling using em lol. I also uploaded a caseback pic for potential buyers to see 🕵

Overall, this watch does it for me. Especially with that affordable pricetag! Keeps great time as well! Haven't lost any noticeable time with the auto movement yet. If you're considering buying this watch, I say go for it. You'll be happy with it. If you like sporty type watches, this blue on blue won't let you down! It just jumps at you as a warm sunny day on a sailboat, wearing boat shoes with Nautica shorts and a blue striped tee shirt, sipping mojitos with extra lime! Lol #Enjoy

Il movimento è il solito robusto NH35. Affidabile e ragionevolmente preciso.
Cassa in ottimo acciaio. (Troppo lucido a mio avviso ma sono gusti)
47mm è effettivamente un orologio che raramente puoi indossare fuori dal contesto mare.
Bello da vedere.
Luminescenza poco efficente, dura poco e ha bisogno di forte esposizione prima di essere apprezzata.
Lancette un po' sottili per la dimensione del dial.
Ghiera ben fatta, non precisissima ma gradevole da vedere.
Colore blu un po' acceso ma è anche questo il mio gusto e comunque resta un modello che porterei quasi esclusivamente al mare. Quindi il blu ci sta bene.
Comodo al polso e il peso, notevole, non da fastidio.
Bracciale a maglie piene. Ottimo. Ben lavorato.
Chiusura del clasp un po' dura ma dovrebbe ammorbidirsi con l'uso.
Corona a vite bella e facile da manovrare.
Incisioni sui lati della cassa in un carattere meno aggressivo dello stile dell'orologio. Avrei fatto un carattere più minimal. Comunque lavorazione perfetta.
Lo proverò in acqua appena ho occasione.
Cristallo minerale molto trasparente. Fa un po' di riflesso ma non eccessivo.
Complessivamente vale tutti i soldi che lo paghi. Anche di più.
Prodotto consigliato.

This is my first Invicta, so I can't compare it to any other models within the Invicta line up. I do own multiple watches of different brands though (Seiko, Wenger, Bulova, etc.).

First, the appearance. It is not a small watch. While 47mm is not a problem for me, the thickness (or height) is very noticeable. The main reason this watch is taller/thicker than other watches is becase of the cone-shaped back. It has a window to view the mechanical movement which is nice, but the price you pay is the thickness of the overall case.

The blue dial and blue bezel are a rich, deep blue color. This makes for a very nice contrast with the markings and numerals. The scallop-edge bezel fits nicely with the overall design of this watch. The stainless steel strap has thick, solid links, but the clasp feels a bit thin. This will probably be the only watch I haver ever purchased that I will not replace the factory strap with a custom strap.

This is the heaviest watch I own. Not the largest, but certainly the heaviest. If you are looking for a lightweight watch, this is the exact opposite. Not a deal breaker for me, as I am not a small or thin-wristed person.

Secondly, the function. Mine came with NH35a movement, yellow balance. It is running fast (about +12 seconds per day). I am not going to cast judgement on its fast movement yet until after a 3 week break-in period (also will be experimenting to find optimal resting position). I'll update thisvreview after the break in period.

Speaking of movement, I love the fact that you can hack it to stop the second hand. This is fantastic as you can truly tell how fast/slow the watch is running on a daily basis.

Thirdly, the overall shipping experience. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon for using Lasership to deliver this watch. Not going to go into details, but if this is Amazon's new shipping choice I'll probably be shopping from other online sources from now on.

Overall I'm happy with this watch. The final verdict is still out depending on the accuracy of the movement.

I reached out to Invicta on their facebook page and they said that for sure the bezel should not be that light. It should be pretty much the same color blue or very close. I get that for a hundred bucks you kinda have to take your chances and sometimes the quality control can be sketchy. However I was promptly shipped a new watch from Amazon and the blue is much better on this watch. I really do enjoy this watch and the weight is good, and it feels very sturdy. It feels like a quality dive watch and unlike the smaller brother " Pro Diver" this is not a complete knockoff of a Rolex. The face, hand and its own custom dive logo make it stand out. The cyclops eye on this is very good too. I had heard that it does not really magnify the date very much and is pretty much useless and only there for looks. That is not the case with this cyclops over the date. It gives it a solid x2 magnification IMO and makes the date very readable. All in all a Beautiful watch. I think my biggest complaint is the clasp. While it is solid, and not stamped steel it lacks a side release like other watches such as a seiko. I am use to my Seiko's clasp which has the side release then you fold back the second release clasp. It takes a strong finger nail to pull the inner clasp apart so you can take the watch off.

So I am adding a 4th star to this review.

Not very happy with the watch. It seems sturdy, and it feels good and looks good untill you look at the bezel and face. The blue is supposed to be the same yet the bezel blue is much noticeably lighter than the rich blue on the watch face. That is an easy 2 stars off. Gonna see about sending it back for another.

Pros:
Reasonably accurate mechanical watch.
Very good workmanship and finish.
Good for diving and underwater activities - value for money.
Not as expensive as Swiss watches.

Note:
A bit large and heavy. Very bold design and looks. May not suit thin wrists. But this was expected and as mentioned on the website.
