Molte parti non combaciano tra di loro bisogna riadattarle e usare dello stucco per dei buchi per il resto okay. attenzione la scatola arriva aperta poiché i venditori tolgono dalle decalcomanie i simboli storici del terzo reich tedesco.

La maqueta está bien pero tiene muchos fallos de construcción impropios de esta marca: rebabas en las piezas, mal acople de algunas partes y la conocida "castración" de las calcas con símbolos de la época. Tb las instrucciones están poco claras, a diferencia de otras maquetas de esta marca. Lo dicho la maqueta está bien pero hay que currarse mucho tanto el enmasillado como el lijado

This is a great kit for the price. I know that this is one of those Tamiya kits that has the cutouts in the hull for the RC components. Some of the other deficiencies of this kit include: square lifting loops on the turret (all the reference I've ever seen show rounded), the jack block is an odd size/shape, and there's no extinguisher. There is also one set of road wheels missing, but you'll never be able to tell once it's assembled. Having said that, it goes together well, and the 'errors' of the kit are easily fixed. I actually find that I enjoy the challenge of working with these kits, and I'm not deterred at all.

I've assembled this kit twice, and the only real problem (hence only 3 stars) I've had has been with the tracks. I'm not one of those guys who can't stand the rubber band tracks. I like the challenge of trying to work with them, and I'm not about to spend a lot of money on replacements tracks. The first time around the tracks were fine No problems at all. The second time, the tracks were much too short, and when I managed to get them on, I found the drive sprockets were bent and then snapped under the strain. The rest of the kit had gone together so well, that I wanted to salvage it. I couldn't find any Tamiya USA customer support, so I ended up ordering (for the first time ever) the workable tracks (they were for the panther D. They seem to work but the guidhorns are just a hair too wide to slot into the drive sprockets, but once I clipped 11 off, it worked fine and grabbed the sprocket teeth just fine). The workable tracks say to give 85 links per side, but the rubber band tracks on that second tank were only 80 links long!

I've been putting together Tamiya kits for years, and I've never encountered that problem before.But for around $20, the kit is good, and even with the extra expense for the other tracks, it was still cheaper than most other kits out there.

Typical Tamiya shell tank. I bought this one to make a damaged tank being repaired. I used Verlinden's 'Point blank Panther' kit for the damaged parts, and CMK's engine and cooler kits for the engine space. Since I had to cut away the rear engine deck, I'd rather used something a little cheaper than some of the more expensive offerings. I also bought a Trumpeter track kit, so I could show repairs to mine damage on the suspension. Would recommend this for anyone doing a more complicated project tank, as it is a fair reproduction, and is inexpensive. Not so many tears if you goof it up. As a straight up model, it's a good beginner model, not too many parts, and goes together well.

Also used it as a base tank for an up armored version, and built one long ago as an A type Panther, all shown in the pics. The price of this kit lends itself to experimentation, as you can see in the first series of pics, i chopped it up pretty good to install the engine compartment, and the suspension on the left side of the tank. The up armored version, has a lot of photo-etched metal mounted on it, the side skirts, and the engine deck armor, and home-made armor on the turret sides. Great lit for learning to use photo-etch, and convers.on kits.

I have always liked Tamiya kits for the easy for they had. They are good based to build from. That being said, this kit was different. The fit just wasn't there.
The gun mantel didn't fit the turret very well. The part the connected the outer gun mantel to the inner was bent and had to be fixed. Parts didn't fit together well. Like the wheels going together.
I've built other Tamiya Panthers and didn't have this much problems.
All in all I'll give this kit a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

my 14 year old son has just got into modeling tanks, this kit was so easy he even complained how simple it was.
for the money is ok or if new to building models the not a bad starter kit.

Qualité en rapport avec le prix, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un miracle. On est pas sur du Revel ou du Meng. Assez fragile, manque de finition (si vous la placez en hauteur, vous verrez tout l'intérieur sous les gardes boue et la caisse), plastique assez toc... Bref assez déçu, je ne pense pas refaire confiance à Tamaya. Le seul avantage restant le prix qui légitime certains manque mais pas la totalité des défauts. Parfait pour les petits budgets. Personnellement, je vais m'orienter sur des modèles plus cher, même si c'est pour en acheter moins. Autant privilégier la qualité à la quantité, si vous voulez en avoir une petite dizaine comme moi.

This was a great little model to build, but with a few flaws.

The model itself was fairly larger than I was expecting. The detail was very good and it kept me busy for over two days. I did however end up loosing a very small detail and was disappointed to not see any spares. I would have thought that the Model Makers would have included a separate sheet of spares for things that are most likely to break or be lost.

The ropes up the side of the Tank looked great on the picture, but the plastic pieces just snapped away when I tried to bend them into shape, and their were no spares for these.

In a few places the instructions were confusing, but generally a good model.
